Wise Fusion · Product family

Dim any light. Switch it from anywhere.

Wise Fusion is our retrofit LED dimmer range. A wired master replaces your existing dimmer on the cables already in the wall — then wireless slaves go wherever you want them. No chasing cables, no re-wiring, no hub. Trailing-edge dimming built for modern LED loads, with scene setting from a single button.

One master, add as many switches as you like

The wired master and the wireless slave here control the same lights and stay in sync — true two-way dimming. Add as many wireless slaves as you like (up to 16 per circuit), placed anywhere in the room. Left gang dims the ceiling downlights, right gang the bedside pendants. Tap ▲ / ▼ to dim (hold to ramp), or the bottom button to switch on and off.

How it works

One wired master. Wireless slaves anywhere.

Wise Fusion splits the switch from the wiring. The master does the dimming on the cables you already have; the slaves are pure radio — mount them, stick them, or move them, with no wiring at all.

  1. 1

    Swap the master in

Remove your existing switch and drop in a Wise Fusion master on the same back box and cables. It dims the circuit with three buttons — on/off, raise, lower — right away.

  2. 2

    Place wireless slaves

Wireless slaves need no mains wiring at all — they run on a long-life battery. Pair one as a 2-way at the far end of a hallway, a bedside control, or a scene keypad by the door — and move it whenever you like.

  3. 3

    Programme scenes

Assign buttons to scenes, single-button dimming, or master on/off. A 7-channel slave stores four scenes plus master raise/lower across multiple circuits at once.

One receiver pairs with up to 16 switches and stores up to 64 scenes — so a single 7-button slave can drive four circuits at once, or a keyfob can fire a “master off” for the whole house. Radio runs at 868.3 MHz with up to 100 m line-of-sight range.

What is Wise Fusion?

Retrofit dimming, done properly

Wise Fusion is the wired-and-wireless LED dimmer side of the Wise platform. The master is a trailing-edge electronic dimmer that replaces a standard plate switch and works on the existing back box and cabling — no re-chasing walls. Three buttons handle on/off, raise and lower for one circuit.

What sets it apart is the radio link. Add wireless slaves and you get true 2-way and multi-way dimming without pulling a single extra cable — retrofit a landing switch, add a bedside control, or place a scene keypad by the door. Everything speaks the same RF language as the rest of the Wise range, so Fusion masters answer to Wise keypads, remotes and keyfobs too.

Why specify Wise Fusion

  • True retrofit

Works on your existing switch cables and back box. No chasing walls, no re-wiring — a master swaps straight in.

  • Wireless 2-way & multi-way

Wireless radio slaves give you 2-way and multi-way control without pulling cable. Add or move a switch position in minutes.

  • Built for LED

Trailing-edge electronic dimming for smooth, flicker-free control of modern LED loads — rated to 250W, or 450W on the 1-10V master.

  • Scene setting

Up to 64 scenes per receiver. One 7-button slave sets downlights, wall lights, pendants and LED strip to preset levels on a single press.

  • Grows with the job

One receiver pairs with up to 16 switches. Start with a single dimmer and build out to a whole-house system on the same platform.

  • One Wise platform

Fusion masters answer to any Wise keypad, remote or keyfob, and add a Wise Daisy hub later for app, Alexa and Google voice control.

Wise Fusion FAQ

Do I need to run new wiring for a 2-way?
No — that's the point of Fusion. The wired master goes on your existing switch cables, and the second (or third) position is a wireless slave that needs no mains wiring at all. It's the tidiest way to add 2-way or multi-way dimming to an existing circuit.
Does the wireless slave need batteries?
Yes — each wireless slave runs on a small long-life battery. It only draws power when you press a button, so it lasts a long time between changes. That's what lets it be completely wireless — mount it, or move it around the room whenever you like.
Is it suitable for LED?
Yes. Wise Fusion masters use trailing-edge electronic dimming, which is the right technology for modern dimmable LED and low-wattage loads — smooth and flicker-free. The standard master handles 25–250W; the 1-10V master drives 0/1-10V LED drivers up to 450W.
How many switches and scenes can one dimmer take?
A single Fusion receiver pairs with up to 16 switches and stores up to 64 scenes. A 7-channel slave gives four scenes plus master raise/lower, controlling several circuits from one plate.
Will Fusion work with other Wise switches?
Yes — the whole Wise range shares one 868.3 MHz RF network. A Fusion master can be triggered from any Wise keypad, remote or keyfob, and sit alongside Wise Box receivers and Wise Scene keypads on the same system.
Can I add app or voice control later?
Yes. Add a Wise Daisy hub to bridge the RF system to the Wise Daisy app, Alexa and Google Assistant. Your existing masters and slaves keep working exactly as before.
